What is COD fulfillment?
Cash on delivery fulfillment means we store your products, confirm each order with the buyer, deliver it and collect the cash at the door, then pay you the amount collected minus our fees.
Do I need a company in Uzbekistan?
No. You sell under your brand; we handle import, storage, confirmation, delivery and collection locally.
How do my products get to Uzbekistan?
We can source them in China and ship them DDP to Tashkent, duties included: by air in about 9-10 days or by land in about 24-26 days. You can also send your own stock.
Who confirms the orders?
Our call center. Each buyer is called in Uzbek or Russian, up to 3 times a day with a gap between calls, before the order is shipped.
Where do you deliver?
In all 14 regions of Uzbekistan through our courier partner, usually within 24 hours in Tashkent and 24-48 hours in the regions.
When do I get paid?
The cash collected is paid to you on a fixed schedule, up to twice a week, with a statement showing each order, our fees and the net amount.
What happens with returns?
A refused parcel goes back to stock and is available to sell again. Damaged items are kept apart and reported to you.
Which products can I sell?
Most consumer products. Some goods cannot be shipped or are restricted by air (for example batteries, liquids, weapons, medicines): we share the full list before you order.
